Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is hiring an Ad Operations Specialist, an entry-level role supporting the setup, launch, monitoring, QA, reporting, and maintenance of digital advertising campaigns. Working under guidance, you will develop core Ad Operations skills and coordinate with internal teams, with occasional client communications.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and eager to grow in digital advertising.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• Up to one year of relevant professional, internship, or practical experience is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in digital advertising, advertising technology, media operations, or campaign management.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, formatting, structured data, and spreadsheet‑based reporting, with the capacity to learn more advanced functionality quickly.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and time‑management skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, identify inconsistencies, investigate problems, and elevate issues appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Setup and Execution across ad servers, buying platforms, social, search, and other systems.
• Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, spend, and status; identify and escalate issues.
• Prepare recurring reports, pacing summaries, screenshots, and status updates.
• Support routine campaign revisions and optimizations under guidance.
• Maintain accurate campaign trackers and document issues and resolutions.
