Job summary

MicroSourcing in Manila area is seeking a Senior Programmatic Ad Operations Specialist to support the execution and optimization of programmatic campaigns across global markets. You will collaborate with Account Management and Revenue teams to ensure campaigns are trafficked, deployed, and monitored effectively.

The role emphasizes tagging accuracy, timing, and reporting alignment, with opportunities for growth, flexible work options, and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or Media Operations.
Familiarity with programmatic platforms and ad servers (DV360 or similar).
Experience trafficking IAB display and video ad units.
Strong QA and troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

Assist trafficking and deployment of programmatic campaigns across platforms.
Ensure accurate tagging, tracking, and readiness before launch.
Monitor live campaigns and resolve delivery or technical issues.
Support campaign billing reconciliation and reporting.
