Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines seeks an Ad Operations Learning Specialist to train new and existing staff in digital advertising operations. This individual-contributor role delivers structured training, creates materials, and mentors trainees to achieve production readiness.

A minimum of two years’ hands-on Ad Operations experience is required, with familiarity across major ad platforms. The role is remote with the potential for nesting and early production support, and includes collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field from an accredited institution is required.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on Ad Operations experience is required, including campaign setup/trafficking, QA, monitoring, reporting, optimization, or related activities.
• Experience implementing or delivering structured training, onboarding, coaching, or formal knowledge transfer is required; may be in Ad Operations or another discipline.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of Google Ad Manager, Campaign Manager 360, DV360, FreeWheel, The Trade Desk, Google Ads, SA 360, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or Operative.

Responsibilities

• Training Delivery and Facilitation: deliver new-hire, refresher, remedial, and cross-training for Ad Operations employees in classroom and virtual environments.
• Assist with client- and platform-specific training in partnership with SMEs and team leads, including practical exercises and simulations.
• Adapt training pace to learner needs while reinforcing accuracy, QA, information security, and process compliance.
• Curriculum and Documentation: create training materials, exercises, assessments, SOPs, job aids, or content; translate workflows into clear content.
