STAFFVIRTUAL, Inc. is hiring a Digital Ad Operations Associate for The Trade Desk. The role is remote with night shifts, based in Cebu City, Philippines. You will set up, traffic, monitor, and optimize programmatic ad campaigns across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities include QA checks, troubleshooting, reporting, and continuous learning to stay ahead of ad tech trends. Training will be provided to build expertise in DSPs and social ad managers.

Responsibilities

• Ad Trafficking & Campaign Execution: Assist in setting up, launching, and managing digital ad campaigns across programmatic, social, and search platforms.
• Ensure all creative assets, tracking tags, and targeting parameters are correctly implemented.
• Troubleshoot and resolve trafficking issues to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
• Quality Assurance (QA) & Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough QA checks before launch and resolve discrepancies in performance or data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fix technical issues related to ad serving and data discrepancies.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Support monitoring to ensure pacing and delivery; compile reports and extract insights.
• Training & Skill Development: Participate in structured training; stay up to date on ad tech trends.
