Job summary

STAFFVIRTUAL is seeking a Digital Ad Operations Associate to join our remote team. The role focuses on setting up, trafficking, monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting on programmatic ad campaigns across various platforms.

You will engage in QA checks, resolve discrepancies, and support optimization efforts while participating in a structured training program to build expertise in ad-serving platforms and DSPs.

Responsibilities

• Ad Trafficking & Campaign Execution: assist in setting up, launching, and managing campaigns across programmatic, social, and search platforms; ensure assets, tracking tags, and targeting are correct; troubleshoot trafficking issues.
• Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting: perform QA checks before launch; identify and resolve discrepancies in performance, tracking, or delivery; collaborate to fix ad-serving data issues.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: help monitor campaigns to ensure pacing and delivery; assist in pulling data and deriving insights; work with seniors to optimize campaigns.
• Training & Skill Development: participate in structured training; develop expertise in ad-serving platforms, DSPs, and social managers; keep up with industry trends.
