MicroSourcing is seeking an Ad Operations & Campaign Management Senior Associate to support the execution and delivery of programmatic media campaigns across global markets, collaborating with Account Management and Revenue teams to ensure campaigns are trafficked, deployed, monitored, and optimized.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or Media Operations.
• Familiarity with programmatic platforms and ad servers (e.g., DV360 or similar).
• Experience trafficking IAB display and video ad units.
• Strong QA and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple campaign workflows simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support trafficking and deployment of digital media campaigns across programmatic platforms.
• Assist with campaign deployment across publisher environments, ensuring accurate tagging, tracking, and readiness prior to launch.
• Monitor live campaigns and identify delivery, pacing, or technical issues that may impact performance.
• Support campaign swaps, environment rotations, and deployment updates as required.
• Partner with Account Managers to execute managed-service media plans.
• Maintain documentation across order forms, deployment sheets, and campaign tracking matrices.
