Job summary

Heidi is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist based in the Philippines to join our global Finance team. You will manage AR for APAC and EMEA, oversee invoicing and collections, and support month-end close while aligning with Australian time zones as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4–7 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable in tech/SaaS.
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across time zones.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to align hours with EMEA operations when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day AR operations for APAC and EMEA regions, including invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing by verifying documentation and resolving discrepancies.
• Serve as a responsive point of contact for customer billing inquiries across APAC and EMEA clients.
• Maintain AR sub-ledgers by tracking payments, investigating variances, and identifying unapplied cash or adjustments.
• Contribute to month-end close activities, including reconciliations and AR reporting deliverables.
• Support audit and compliance requests by organizing and maintaining proper documentation.
• Help drive process improvement and automation initiatives to scale AR operations.
