Cloudstaff is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer - AR Focused to join our team in Pampanga, Philippines. The role centers on accurate payment allocations, AR reconciliations, and responsive customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Accurately allocate customer payments based on remittance advice and supporting documentation.
• Investigate and resolve unidentified or misallocated payments.
• Ensure all receipts are processed within agreed service levels.
• Liaise with customers to obtain remittance advice when required.
• Maintain accurate records of payment allocations and adjustments.
• Reconcile customer accounts to ensure balances are accurate and up to date.
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies, short payments, overpayments, and unapplied payments.
