Job summary

Knoll Ridges seeks an Accounts Receivable Support Professional to join our fully remote team. You will assist with invoice management, payment tracking, collections coordination, and financial record keeping for US-based clients.

Proficiency with QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, Excel or Google Sheets is preferred. This remote role offers flexibility and project-based engagement across various clients and scopes.

Qualifications

• Experience performing AR tasks for multiple clients in a remote setup.
• Ability to manage invoices, payments, and collections with accuracy.
• Familiarity with common AR tools and cloud-based accounting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize and track customer invoices and payments.
• Monitor receivables and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Coordinate collections activities and payment reminders with clients.
• Maintain orderly financial records and reconciliations.
• Generate basic AR reports for project and client review.
• Support billing inquiries and ensure data accuracy in systems.
