Job summary

iScale Solutions currently seeks an experienced finance professional for a remote role based in the Philippines. You will handle payments, treasury management, reconciliations, and financial reporting for donor-funded projects.

The role requires collaboration with procurement, grants, and project teams, ensuring internal controls and donor compliance. Your duties include processing advances, managing supplier and beneficiary accounts, and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years in accounting, treasury, payment processing, financial administration, or project finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, payment workflows, bank reconciliations, cash management, internal controls.
• Proficiency in Excel and standard office software; Sage X3/Atlas experience is a plus.
• Donor-funded projects, NGOs, or procurement/grants coordination is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process payments, verify documents, and maintain proof of payment.
• Monitor bank accounts, cash balances, and treasury movements; support cash-flow forecasts.
• Perform bank and cash reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Organize accounting records and prepare monthly accounting packages.
• Process advances, per diems, and mission payments; track balances.
• Monitor invoices and banking details for suppliers and beneficiaries.
• Coordinate with finance, procurement, grants, and project teams for compliance.
• Maintain organized records and support audits and donor verifications.
• Improve filing, reconciliation practices, and finance procedures.
