Job summary

iScale Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented accounting and treasury professional for a fully remote position. You will handle payments, bank reconciliations, and monthly closures while coordinating with finance and grants teams to ensure donor compliance.

You will maintain accurate records, improve reconciliation processes, and support audits, with at least 2–3 years in relevant roles and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. English proficiency required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years in accounting, treasury, payment processing, or financial admin.
• Understanding of accounting principles, payment workflows, bank reconciliations, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process payments with supporting documents and approvals.
• Monitor bank accounts, cash balances, and treasury movements; support cash-flow forecasts.
• Perform bank and cash reconciliations and assist monthly/annual closures.
• Organize accounting records and prepare monthly packages and budget allocations.
• Process advances and per diems; track justifications and balances.
• Verify invoices and banking details; resolve documentation or transaction issues.
• Coordinate with finance, procurement, grants, logistics and project teams for compliance.
• Maintain organized records and support audits and donor verifications.
• Maintain and improve payment/treasury tracking tools and reconciliation practices.
