Job summary

TGG Accounting, a U.S.-based financial services firm with a global team, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to own client accounting outcomes within the TGG Way.

The role is remote from the Philippines and requires 4+ years of accounting experience and exposure to US GAAP. You will oversee weekly operations, month-end close, and new client implementations while mentoring Staff Accountants.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or supervising a team.
• Experience working with US-based companies or clients and exposure to US GAAP.
• 4+ years of accounting experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly operations: AR, AP, payroll, and cash flow forecasts.
• Lead month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and KPI reporting.
• Coordinate annual 1099s, chart of accounts review, and process improvements.
• Audit new clients’ processes, document updated SOPs, and build core financial templates.
