You will collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and audit-ready records in a fast-paced remote environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Excel for updating and reviewing existing spreadsheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently in an offshore environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
• Handle high-volume transaction processing.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations accurately and on schedule.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve accounting processes.
• Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis as needed.
