Multiply Mii is seeking a General Ledger Accountant to own full-cycle GL accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and monthly close processes for a US-based manufacturing client. This 100% remote role in the Philippines requires proactive detail-orientation and strong ERP skills.

You will collaborate with site controllers, perform intercompany reconciliations, and drive process improvements across facilities while adhering to US GAAP and internal controls. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive General Ledger accounting experience.
• Experience with month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Strong adherence to US GAAP and good financial analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and reclassifications.
• Lead or support month-end and year-end close schedules under tight deadlines.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts in line with US GAAP.
• Perform monthly balance sheet and bank reconciliations; resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct subledger-to-GL reconciliations (AR, AP, Inventory, Fixed Assets).
• Perform variance analysis (Budget vs. Actual, MoM, YoY).
• Manage intercompany transactions, allocations, and reconciliations across sites.
• Assist with fixed asset accounting, depreciation schedules, and inventory adjustments.
• Support site controllers with operational reports and audit queries.
• Refine internal controls and accounting workflows; utilize ERP for reporting.
