Qualifications

• Must have 2–5 years experience as accounting assistant or similar.
• Proficient in English and Spanish for collaboration with US and Mexican teams.
• Strong data entry and attention to detail for accounting records.
• Familiar with AP/AR processes and basic accounting principles.
• Experience with Excel and handling large volumes of data.

Responsibilities

• Enter accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately.
• Process invoices, vendor bills, customer payments, and credit memos.
• Assist with invoice matching and supporting documentation.
• Maintain orderly electronic accounting records and filing systems.
• Update spreadsheets and reconcile listings with documents.
• Support month-end activities and prepare schedules.
