Frontline Accounting in the Philippines seeks an experienced bookkeeper to support multiple clients from a remote setting. You will handle client bookkeeping, document management, and detailed financial reconciliations, ensuring accuracy across ledgers and statements.

This role requires strong English communication and a private work space with a reliable internet connection. Responsibilities include preparing tax returns, BAS, FBT and SMSFs, plus budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.

Competenze

• Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related course.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Xero, Dext and QuickBooks.
• Experience with Class software (self-managed superannuation funds).
• Exposure to a BPO setting or handling multiple clients is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills are essential.
• Stable internet connection for a work-from-home arrangement.
• The designated work area must be private, separate from shared spaces.

Mansioni

• Bookkeeping: Prepare or review client bookkeeping and reconcile accounts.
• Document management: Organise client documents and filings.
• Manage the client GL and resolve discrepancies.
• Verify financial statements and make corrections where needed.
• Prepare income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, companies, trusts and SMSFs.
• Prepare Business Activity Statements (BAS).
• Prepare Fringe Benefits Tax Returns (FBT).
• Financial reporting: budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reconciliations.
• Provide accounting services to all areas of the client business as needed.
