Cloud Accountant Staffing (CAS) seeks an experienced Accountant for a remote, full-time role serving international clients. You’ll manage full-cycle accounting, AP/AR, journal entries, and monthly closes, with concise financial reporting for firms abroad.

Role follows North American hours with a night shift option and a stable, remote-first environment. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years servicing clients abroad, proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel, and

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience serving clients abroad.
• Strong written and spoken English with client-facing experience.

Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle accounting for clients abroad: AP/AR, journal entries, accruals, and month-end close.
• Prepare timely financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) with variance analysis.
• Build budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash-flow projections; monitor burn and runway.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, merchant, and loan accounts; investigate discrepancies.
• Run payroll accurately; standardize checklists, SOPs, and close calendars; support automation.
