Outstaffer.AI in the Philippines is seeking an Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting, banking, AR/AP, reconciliations, and month-end reporting within a collaborative team.

The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting and 3–5 years of hands-on Australian accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with MYOB, enabling effective remote financial operations in a permanent full-time role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Excel and practical experience with MYOB.
• 3–5 years of hands-on Australian accounting experience.
• Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, payroll, tax prep, BAS and IAS lodgments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle end-to-end accounting processing and reporting for business units.
• Daily banking, cash receipts, and payment allocations.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable and credit account applications.
• Manage Accounts Payable via paperless processes and supplier validation.
• Prepare month-end financial reports and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax authorities as needed.
• Support finance team on special projects and ERP implementations.
