Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in Sales, preferably in lead generation.
• Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source new artists for representation.
• Execute initial pitches and outreach to artists.
• Close deals with artists, labels, and managers.
• Manage relationships with artists and ensure their needs are met.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
