Job summary

Canon Business Services Centre Philippines seeks a detail-oriented reporting and data specialist to support the Client Service Managers and Service Delivery Team in Taguig.

You will create and maintain customer reports, analyze data from multiple sources, and track billing while ensuring data accuracy. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement after an initial onsite period and requires strong Excel skills and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years relevant professional experience
• Tertiary qualifications in Business Management or equivalent.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal communication and written communication skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Proven analytical skills and experience in understanding requirements / implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain customer reports from multiple data sources.
• Track billing information and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Coordinate with Client Services Managers to support service delivery.
• Prepare monthly performance reporting and dashboards.
• Assist with invoice processing and vendor communications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
• Escalate discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide timely status updates to the team.
