Eaton Industries - Philippines is seeking a Maintenance Mechanical Engineer to lead reliability and performance of mechanical systems across facilities. This full-time role includes relocation support and a focus on minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

You will develop maintenance programs, supervise technicians, and collaborate with operations to uphold safety and regulatory standards while driving cost-effective improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance engineering.
• Strong knowledge of pumps, compressors, motors, turbines and hydraulics.
• Proficient in CMMS and maintenance planning.
• Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventative and corrective maintenance programs.
• Conduct inspections, diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment.
• Plan and schedule maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Analyze performance data and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Design and oversee maintenance upgrades to mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with operations to set maintenance standards.
• Prepare maintenance reports and ensure compliance and record-keeping.
• Manage spare parts inventory and vendor relations.
• Train technicians on equipment handling and procedures.
• Ensure activities comply with safety, environmental standards and policies.
