Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Electrical or BS Electronics & Communications Engineering.
• Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer.
• Ten years of electrical experience with five years in supervision.
• Knowledge of electrical principles, high-voltage safety, and heavy industry processes.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes electrical maintenance strategies to ensure high equipment reliability and KPI alignment.
• Leads day-to-day electrical operations including preventive/corrective maintenance and substation management.
• Manages section budget (OPEX and CAPEX) and ensures safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
• Drives continuous improvement via root cause analysis and maintenance system optimization.
• Oversees plant electrical energy management, monitoring consumption and energy-saving initiatives.
• Leads and develops the electrical team through performance management and training.
