Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, maintenance, manufacturing, or construction projects.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Familiarity with HVAC, pumps, compressors, generators, boilers, and piping systems.
• Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA).
• Understanding of engineering standards, codes, and regulations.
• Ability to perform engineering calculations and technical analyses.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis and reliability engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems, equipment, and components
• Prepare engineering calculations, specifications, drawings, and technical reports
• Review and evaluate mechanical designs for compliance with applicable standards and requirements
• Participate in feasibility studies, project planning, and cost estimation
• Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of mechanical engineering projects
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Conduct inspections and assessments of mechanical equipment
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and recommend corrective actions
