Job summary

Sanelo PH Inc. in Makati seeks a Move Management Consultant to coordinate moving services for assigned employees and serve as the primary contact throughout the move, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

You will obtain and compare quotations, select the best provider based on client requirements, oversee the move, monitor timelines, communicate updates, and maintain accurate records to meet SLA and policy standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and relocation operations is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple moves.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to movers for quotes
• Compare quotes and recommend/select mover based on criteria
• Manage caseload to ensure timely follow up with assignees
• Gain knowledge of client policies and service requirements, ensure KPIs are met and accurate billing
• Manage client expectations and provide regular updates
• Develop, maintain, and build working relationship with assignee
• Provide continuing advice and support to client and relocating employee
• Monitor move timeline and alert assignee/client as appropriate
• Coordinate/manage movers and their activities
• Ensure mover meets requirements, deadlines, KPI, service standards
• Draft and prepare invoices per pricing and contract
• Evaluate operational efficiency and propose process improvements
• Train and mentor team members
