Job summary

Sirva is seeking an International Move Consultant in the Philippines with hybrid work options. You will coordinate global moves, guide assignees, and ensure top-tier customer service while liaising with overseas partners and internal teams.

You will manage move details, logistics, and billing processes, prioritize issues, and uphold performance metrics. This role requires clear communication, strong organization, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of industry/freight forwarding experience or 3 years of related customer service experience.
• Basic geographical knowledge would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills: understanding of rev, expense margin, basic math, data-based problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Set move expectations and proactively anticipate the customer’s needs.
• Handle phone and email transferee and/or accounts globally, sometimes outside regular hours.
• Coordinate and communicate logistics, pricing, move details and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain quality service score as defined by the IMC Scorecard.
• Manage and monitor customer expectations, requests and issues timely and effectively.
