Blue Collar Manpower Services is seeking a dedicated housekeeping professional to join our hospitality team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This full-time role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction across guest rooms and public spaces.

The candidate should have experience in housekeeping or related roles, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Training and stable employment are provided in a supportive environment.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality cleaning or housekeeping is preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift light loads.
• Good communication and reliability are important.

Responsabilidades

• Clean guest rooms and public areas to high hygiene and presentation standards.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep and mop assigned areas including bedrooms and bathrooms.
• Change bed linens and amenities daily.
• Clean and sanitise bathrooms and dispose of waste properly.
• Restock supplies and respond to guest requests promptly.

About the role

Blue Collar Manpower Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping professional to join our hospitality team. This is a full-time position based in Quirino 2-B, Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Housekeeping team member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall appeal of our facilities, directly contributing to an exceptional guest experience. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards will be essential to the success of our hospitality operations.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation
• Dust, vacuum, sweep and mop all assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors and common spaces
• Change bed linens, towels and other guest amenities on a daily basis
• Clean and sanitise bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers and bathtubs
• Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish appropriately
• Report maintenance issues or damage to supervisors promptly
• Restock guest supplies such as toiletries, towels and other amenities
• Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
• Follow all health and safety protocols and use cleaning materials responsibly
• Work efficiently to meet daily cleaning schedules and deadlines
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in housekeeping, hotel operations or similar hospitality cleaning roles
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently to meet daily targets
• Reliability and punctuality with a professional attitude towards work
• Ability to work as part of a team whilst also working independently
• Good communication skills and willingness to respond positively to guest and supervisor requests
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning chemicals
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings and weekends as required
• Basic numeracy skills for inventory management purposes
