Job summary

Benguet Prime Hotel & Restaurant in Baguio City, Benguet, invites applications for a Room Attendant. You will maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, make beds, service bathrooms, and replenish amenities to ensure a superb guest experience.

You will report maintenance issues, comply with health and safety standards, assist with preparing rooms for arrivals, and support the housekeeping team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This is a full-time on-site role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar housekeeping role is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to respond to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, and carry out physically demanding tasks throughout the day.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work effectively with other members of the Housekeeping team.

• Thoroughly clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
• Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms
• Ensure all rooms meet the established quality and presentation standards
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any requests or concerns promptly and courteously
• Assist with the preparation of rooms for new arrivals
• Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene protocols
• Support the Housekeeping team with additional tasks as required

About the role
