Job summary

Iris Software, Inc. is seeking a Release Coordinator to manage release governance artefacts, checklists, and alignment across production and non-production environments. You will coordinate deployments, support CRs, and assist the lead PM in pre-implementation activities, ensuring items are tracked to closure.

The role requires SDLC knowledge and collaboration with PMs, STOs, BA, Dev, QA, and Performance teams to ensure smooth releases across North American schedules and onshore support windows.

Qualifications

• Maintain release governance artefacts and checklists.
• Coordinate production and non-production release activities.
• Assist with pre-implementation activities and testing handover.
• Collaborate with PMs, STOs, BA, Dev, QA, and Performance teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain release governance artefacts- manage release checklists.
• Coordinate production and non-production release activities- track SIT and UAT deployment activities.
• Support Change Request (CR) for prod and non-prod environments.
• Assist lead PM to ensure completion of pre-implementation checklist.
