Job summary

uSMART Securities Singapore is seeking a Relationship Manager focused on roadshows and branch-based services. You will engage clients face-to-face, provide tailored financial guidance, and drive sales targets across events and branches.

The role requires flexibility for weekend and public holiday shifts and involves maintaining client records, pursuing business development, and ensuring follow-up services to convert client interactions into revenue.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Background in Banking or Finance preferred.
• Willingness to obtain CMFAS licenses to register for required licenses.
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, or banking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients at roadshows and branch locations.
• Provide professional financial advice to help achieve sales targets.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products during client interactions.
• Coordinate client engagement during roadshows and weekend schedules.
• Maintain accurate client records and track sales activities.
• Pursue business development initiatives to grow client portfolio and revenue.
• Ensure follow-up and continuity of service to meet personal sales objectives.
