Qualifications

Job Title: Relationship Manager (Roadshow & Branch Focused)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Relationship Manager to support both roadshow events and branch-based services. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and strengthening client engagement through direct, face-to-face interactions. It also involves shift work, including weekends and public holidays, to meet client needs and support event and branch operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients during roadshows and at the branch, providing professional and tailored financial advice to achieve individual sales targets.
• Conduct client consultations to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable products or services, contributing directly to your personal sales KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products during branch operations, client onboarding, and service interactions.
• Coordinate client engagement during weekend and public holiday roadshows to maximize individual sales performance.
• Maintain accurate client records and track your sales activities to monitor progress against personal targets.
• Actively pursue business development initiatives to grow your client portfolio and achieve set individual revenue goals.
• Ensure follow-up and continuity of service to drive individual client conversions and meet personal sales objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in Banking or Finance will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in a client-facing role within financial services, wealth management, or banking is preferred.
• Eligibility or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory licenses, including taking the CMFAS examinations to register for the required licenses.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by branch and roadshow schedules.
