Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience required or preferred.
• O-Level, A-Level, ITE or equivalent.
• Confidence in prospecting, cold calling and networking.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven.
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.

Responsibilities

• Build your own client pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals and personal contacts.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Identify new business and sales opportunities.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable resale insurance policies.
• Explain policy details and benefits clearly and professionally.
• Follow up, negotiate and close sales.
• Guide clients through the policy transfer process.
• Work with the internal team to ensure smooth transactions.
• Take ownership of your sales performance and client relationships.
