Job summary

RCBC Leasing and Finance Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Relationship Manager to grow RLFC’s business portfolio, achieve volume targets, and report to the Marketing Head.

You will lead lead generation, client engagement, KYC, credit write-ups, and committee presentations to determine credit worthiness. The role requires 3–5 years in financial services marketing and strong communication across client and partner networks.

The Relationship Manager is responsible for growing and developing RLFC’s business portfolio to achieve assigned volume targets. This role reports directly to the Marketing Head and supervises Marketing Assistants.

How You Will Contribute

• Business Development & Lead Generation: Initiate new client accounts, manage existing portfolios, and cultivate leads generated through various RCBC business units to secure client referrals.
• Client Engagement & Assessment: Conduct client calls, prepare detailed call reports, handle inquiries promptly, and secure all pre-approval requirements and Know Your Customer (KYC) documents to build complete credit folders.
• Credit Evaluation & Committee Presentation: Write lease approvals and business information write-ups, address financial analysts' queries during reviews, and present assessments to the appropriate approving committees to determine client credit worthiness.
