Job summary

Taishin International Bank Co., Ltd Singapore Branch is seeking a diligent professional to support Relationship Managers in a commercial banking environment. You will handle administrative tasks, process transactions, and assist with credit portfolio management and risk mitigation.

You will prepare credit applications, analyze financial statements, draft credit reports with CDD, and coordinate documentations for new deals.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or related discipline.
• 2-5 years of relevant banking experience.
• Strong analytical skills for financial statements and industry data.
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Proactive team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to Relationship Managers in administrative tasks and transaction execution.
• Assist in preparing new credit applications, including financial statement analysis, industry research, and company evaluation.
• Draft and submit credit reports with detailed analysis and Customer Due Diligence (CDD).
• Support the documentation process for new deals, including coordination of legal documentation.
• Facilitate corporate account openings and onboarding of new clients.
• Manage and monitor the credit portfolio to maintain healthy client relationships and mitigate risk.
• Conduct annual credit reviews and Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews per compliance.
• Prepare periodic reports for submission to Branch and Head Office.

• Prepare periodic reports for submission to both the Branch and Head Office

About you

• Diploma or higher in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or a related discipline
