Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced certifications (CFA, MBA, or CFM) are a strong advantage.
• Proven experience in corporate or institutional banking with 3-5 years of solid background in client acquisition, relationship management, credit structuring, financial analysis, and end-to-end credit processes.
• Strong knowledge of corporate lending, cash management, trade finance, treasury, and investment products.
• Demonstrated hunter mindset with ability to build and grow a client portfolio from scratch.
• Strategic thinker with strong business development, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and key decision-makers.
