• Originate, structure, and cross-sell banking products such as corporate loans, trade finance, cash management, treasury solutions, and investment services.
• Leverage industry insights to anticipate client needs and propose innovative financial solutions.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal credit policies, and risk management frameworks while maintaining service standards.
• Monitor portfolio performance and proactively manage risks to sustain credit quality and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced certifications (CFA, MBA, or CFM) are a strong advantage.
• Proven experience in corporate or institutional banking with 3-5 years of solid background in client acquisition, relationship management, credit structuring, financial analysis, and end-to-end credit processes.
• Strong knowledge of corporate lending, cash management, trade finance, treasury, and investment products.
• Demonstrated hunter mindset with ability to build and grow a client portfolio from scratch.
• Strategic thinker with strong business development, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and key decision-makers.
