Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Relationship Manager to oversee the overall relationship with clients and to drive business from existing and prospective accounts.

You will analyze current portfolios, present value propositions to sales leads, and ensure compliance with bank policies while working toward individual revenue targets.

The role requires strong communication, financial analysis, and customer focus, with 2–4 years' experience in client acquisition or investments and a bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred.
• 2–4 years' experience in client acquisition and/or investments.
• Strong commercial lending experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Capital Market products is an advantage.

Job Summary

The Relationship Manager is responsible for the overall relationship of the Bank with the client. This role generates business from existing and prospect accounts and manages the accounts to ensure attainment of individual business and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Solicits, develops and originates new deals and business opportunities from existing and prospective accounts and manages the loan-and-trade-related relationship of his assigned portfolio
• Analyzes current and prospective portfolio and prepares growth and profitability account strategies
• Present value-proposition to sales leads and current customers
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Completion of Bachelors’ degree, preferably in a Business Course
• Minimum 2 to 4 years' experience in client acquisition and/or investments
• Strong commercial lending experience
• Knowledge in Capital Market products is an advantage
