Job summary

Metrobank in Caloocan is seeking a Relationship Associate to support the Commercial Banking Division. You will service daily client requests, update account data, and assist in loan-related documentary requirements to assess credit worthiness.

You will coordinate with units to ensure delivery of bank services, prepare basic analyses, and assist in budgeting and business planning while addressing customer concerns and offering solutions.

Position Title:Relationship Associate

Job Summary:

• You will service daily requests of clients, maintain updated data/information on accounts and ensure completion of all loan-related documentary requirements to assist in analyzing clients' requirements and/or credit worthiness.
• Coordinate with concerned units regarding the appropriate management of accounts to ensure adequate delivery of bank services to clients.
• Prepare basic analysis/evaluation of client’s proposal to provide inputs on their decision-making process.
• Assist in the preparation of Budget and Business Plans.
• Assist in the handling of customer complaints and recommend solutions.

Role Exposure:

• Develop your skills in collaboration and relationship building with external/internal clients
• Increase your exposure on loan, trade, branch and treasury transactions

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any Business related or Accounting field. Open for Fresh Graduates.
• Ability to multitask with strong organizational & analytical skills
