Job summary

Metrobank in the Philippines seeks a fresh graduate for an Institutional Banking/Commercial Banking support role. You will service daily client requests, maintain account data, and assist in preparing loan documentary requirements to analyze creditworthiness.

This role offers exposure to loan, trade, branch, and treasury transactions and requires multitasking, strong organizational and analytical skills. Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.

Qualifications

Job description

• You will service daily requests of clients, maintain updated data/information on accounts and ensure completion of all loan-related documentary requirements to assist in analyzing clients' requirements and/or credit worthiness.
• Coordinate with concerned units regarding the appropriate management of accounts to ensure adequate delivery of bank services to clients.
• Prepare basic analysis/evaluation of client’s proposal to provide inputs on their decision-making process.
• Assist in the preparation of Budget and Business Plans.
• Assist in the handling of customer complaints and recommend solutions.

• Develop your skills in collaboration and relationship building with external/internal clients
• Increase your exposure on loan, trade, branch and treasury transactions

Qualifications:
