Job Summary

In this role, you will support client needs, help manage accounts, and ensure smooth processing of loan and banking transactions. You will gain hands‑on experience in evaluating client requirements and contributing to key business decisions, while working closely with different teams across the bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day client requests, maintain accurate account records, and ensure all loan-related documents are complete and up to date
• Coordinate with internal teams to support the effective management of client accounts and delivery of banking services
• Assist in preparing initial analyses and evaluations of client proposals to support decision‑making
• Support the preparation of budget plans and business initiatives
• Monitor client accounts and help ensure timely processing of requirements
• Assist in resolving client concerns and recommend appropriate solutions

Role Exposure
