Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a detail-oriented analyst in Institutional Banking Sector to service daily client requests and keep account data updated. You will help assess loan proposals and ensure documentary requirements are complete to support credit decisions.

You will coordinate with various units to deliver bank services, assist in budgeting, and help resolve client concerns while building strong internal/external relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting; Fresh graduates welcome.
• Ability to multitask with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Service daily client requests and maintain updated data on accounts.
• Ensure completion of loan-related documentary requirements for credit analysis.
• Coordinate with concerned units for proper account management and service delivery.
• Prepare basic analysis/evaluation of client proposals for decision-making input.
• Assist in the preparation of Budget and Business Plans.
• Assist in handling customer complaints and propose solutions.

Job description

• Coordinate with concerned units regarding the appropriate management of accounts to ensure adequate delivery of bank services to clients.
• Prepare basic analysis/evaluation of client’s proposal to provide inputs on their decision-making process.
• Assist in the preparation of Budget and Business Plans.
• Assist in the handling of customer complaints and recommend solutions.
