Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking an experienced Regulatory Reporting Platform Engineer to join global teams across Asia. You will design, build, and maintain the data platforms that support critical regulatory reporting capabilities, translating complex requirements into reliable, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include ETL design with SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS, and SSRS; optimizing pipelines; managing CI/CD with Azure DevOps and Git; and ensuring security, audit, and governance standards

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering and application development experience.
• Strong expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS, ETL development.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in highly regulated or enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain database and application components using SQL Server, T-SQL, and SSIS.
• Build and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure applications meet quality, audit, risk, and security standards.
• Manage CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps, YAML, and Git repositories.
• Support governance, risk and information security initiatives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues while improving system performance.
• Coach team members and contribute to technical excellence.
