Qualifications

• 4 years as a Supervisor or 2 years as an Assistant Manager/Manager in customer-focused roles.
• Experience in PR, sales, marketing, and event coordination is preferred.
• Knowledge of retail operations and VIP client handling is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and ensure a seamless client journey.
• Support registry and club activities with planning, marketing, and events.
• Coordinate with marketing, merchandising and store operations for registry initiatives.
• Monitor registry sales performance and assist in expanding customer base.
• Assist in developing and executing store-wide promotions and partnerships.
• Foster relationships with partners (hotels, event coordinators, clubs) to drive registrations.
