Qualifications

• Graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or related accounting course.
• CPA is highly preferred.
• Solid experience in general accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience in manpower agency or staffing company preferred.
• Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, taxation, and statutory requirements.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements and accounting reports.
• Payroll-related accounting knowledge is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's day-to-day accounting operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Review general ledger accounts, reconciliations, and accounting schedules.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash, and other accounting transactions.
• Ensure timely compliance with BIR and other government statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government agencies when necessary.
• Review and strengthen accounting processes and internal controls.
• Assist management in budgeting, financial analysis, and other financial matters.
• Supervise and provide guidance to accounting personnel.
• Perform other accounting and financial management functions as assigned.
