Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
• Promote company products through customer visits, calls, social media, and other channels.
• Research and identify potential customers, business opportunities, and target markets.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, quotations, and sales proposals.
• Coordinate with customers regarding product inquiries, orders, and concerns.
• Maintain an updated database of customers, prospects, and sales activities.
• Monitor customer feedback and market trends.
• Assist in organizing promotional activities, product presentations, and company events.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team regarding product availability and customer orders.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to support sales conversion and retention.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing activity reports.
• Perform other duties related to sales and marketing as assigned by management.
