Job summary

Rustan's seeks an Assistant Registry and Clubs Manager to support the Registry and Clubs Manager in delivering seamless customer journeys, driving registry sales, and supporting membership programs across all store locations.

You will coordinate with Marketing, Merchandising, and store teams to plan events, manage registrations, and enhance VIP handling and guest experiences in Weddings and Beyond.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year business-related course; retail/marketing courses are advantageous.
• Experience in supervisory/managerial roles in customer service, sales, or events is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing registry and Weddings & Beyond programs.
• Support sales by driving registrations, cross-selling, and up-selling.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations to execute registry events.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and protect data privacy of members and registrants.
• Assist in maintaining registry websites and updating inventory-related items.
• Support member communications, prospecting, and store-level activities to grow registrations.
