Technical Education and Skills Development Authority CARAGA Region - Government is seeking a dedicated professional to coordinate enrollment processes, training induction, and records management across the school system.

The role requires exceptional written and oral communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while supporting advocacy programs and program monitoring, under standard government guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Facilitates enrollment process and procedures.
• Conducts training induction and culminating programs.
• Maintain records, reports and other pertinent records.
• Prepares training calendar.
• Issues scholastics and similar documents to learners.
• Conducts pre-employment conference.
• Assists in the social and marketing advocacy programs of the school.
• Assists in the monitoring of programs, projects and activities conducted.
• Perform other related functions.

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• 15% Facilitates enrollment process and procedures
• 15%Conducts training induction and culminating programs
• 15%Maintain records, reports and other pertinent records
• 10%Prepares training calendar
• 10%Issues scholastics and similar documents to learners
• 10%Conducts pre-employment conference
• 10%Assists in the social and marketing advocacy programs of the school
• 10%Assists in the monitoring of programs, projects and activities conducted
• 5% Perform other related functions.
