About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team at Mediko Kapitolyo Multi-Specialty and Diagnostic Clinic. This is a full-time position based in Antipolo City, Rizal. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care across our multi-specialty clinic environment. You will be responsible for providing direct nursing care, supporting patients through their medical journeys, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible health outcomes. This position is integral to maintaining our clinic’s reputation for excellence and compassionate care.

What you’ll be doing

• Assess patients' medical conditions and vital signs, documenting findings accurately in patient records
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring proper dosage and patient safety
• Provide direct patient care including wound management, dressing changes, and assistance with activities of daily living
• Monitor patients' progress and report any changes in their condition to the medical team
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventative care measures
• Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment, adhering to infection control and hygiene protocols
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
• Respond promptly to patient calls and concerns, providing compassionate support
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care plans
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all healthcare regulations and patient privacy standards

What we’re looking for

• Valid Registered Nurse licence with active registration with the Philippine Nurses Association or relevant regulatory body
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Proven experience in general medical and surgical nursing environments, ideally within a clinic or hospital setting
• Strong clinical knowledge and competency in patient assessment, vital sign monitoring, and basic nursing procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact compassionately with patients from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-specialty clinic environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate medical documentation
• Knowledge of infection control protocols and patient safety standards
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and assist patients with mobility
• Willingness to work as part of a collaborative healthcare team
• Preferably with experience in outpatient or clinic-based care
• Preferably with additional certifications in areas such as Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Life Support (ALS)
