Job summary

Makati (Sports) Club, Inc. is seeking an experienced Full-time Nurse to join our healthcare team in Makati City, Metro Manila.

You will provide high-quality clinical care, administer medications, and monitor patients for timely intervention within a busy club setting. The successful candidate will hold a Philippines RN license and bring at least 1 year of high-acuity nursing experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• RN license required in the Philippines.
• Minimum 1 year of high-acuity nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills including assessment, diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities

About the role

The Makati (Sports) Club, Inc. is seeking an experienced Nurse to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services to our members and guests. What you'll be doing

• Providing clinical care and first aid to members and guests, including assessment, diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions
• Administering medications, treatments and therapies as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure the delivery of comprehensive and coordinated care
• Promoting health and wellness through education and preventative care initiatives
• Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies and procedures

What we're looking for

• Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice in the Philippines
• Minimum of at least one(1) year experience in a high-acuity nursing role, preferably in a healthcare or sports club setting
• Strong clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis and treatment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficient in the use of medical equipment and technology
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
