Qualifications

• Current Philippine nursing license (RN) and active registration.
• 1–2 years clinical experience, preferably in aesthetics or dermatology.
• Strong knowledge of infection control and patient safety.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced beauty clinic environment.

About the role

Fortune Esthe Beauty Clinic Salon is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic beauty and aesthetics clinic environment, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our medical aesthetic procedures. Based in Balintawak, Quezon City, Metro Manila, this position offers the chance to combine your nursing expertise with the growing field of aesthetic medicine whilst ensuring the health, safety and comfort of our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist physicians and aestheticians with aesthetic procedures, including laser treatments, dermal fillers, chemical peels and other minimally invasive procedures
• Perform pre-procedure and post-procedure assessments of clients to ensure safety and optimal outcomes
• Administer medications and injectables as prescribed by the attending physician, following strict protocols and standards
• Monitor vital signs and client responses during and after procedures, documenting observations accurately
• Maintain a sterile and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and hygiene standards
• Educate clients regarding pre-procedure preparation and post-procedure care instructions
• Manage client records with accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Respond promptly to client concerns and manage any complications or adverse reactions that may arise
• Maintain and sterilise medical equipment and supplies
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure the highest standards of patient care

What we're looking for

• Current Philippine nursing licensure and valid professional identification as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a clinical or healthcare setting, with exposure to patient care preferably
• Strong knowledge of medical and nursing principles, including infection control, vital sign monitoring and patient safety protocols
• Experience or familiarity with aesthetic or cosmetic procedures is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and medical colleagues
• Attention to detail and meticulous documentation skills
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Compassion, empathy and a genuine commitment to patient wellbeing
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing circumstances
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and electronic health record systems is preferred
