About the role

Mediko Kapitolyo Multi-Specialty and Diagnostic clinic is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Staff to join our growing team. Based in Antipolo City, Rizal, this is a full-time position that plays a vital role in promoting our healthcare services and building our brand presence within the community. As Marketing Staff, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that increase awareness of our clinic's services and attract new patients. This role is essential to our business growth strategy and offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in healthcare marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to promote clinic services and specialities
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, graphics and videos that reflect the clinic's brand values
• Manage the clinic's social media accounts and monitor engagement metrics to optimise performance
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and compliant messaging about medical services
• Assist in organising and promoting health awareness events and community outreach programmes
• Maintain and update marketing materials, including brochures, posters and website content
• Support the planning and execution of promotional activities and patient acquisition campaigns
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation
• Collect and analyse patient feedback and marketing performance data to inform strategy improvements
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, hospitality or customer-facing industries
• Proficiency in social media management and familiarity with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging content
• Experience with digital marketing tools, content management systems and basic graphic design software
• Knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations and ethical advertising standards
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with analytics tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from supervisors
• Preferred: Experience with email marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM basics or patient engagement strategies
